changed steering column now wont run

the tune is what is programmed onto the ECU to make your car run with certain values, like for example advancing spark timing. a tune probably wont fix your issue. i'm guessing that if the donor cars ECU is plugged in, and that the PATS module is also from the donor car, its either a wiring issue, or something might have failed. but i'm no expert on the stock computer by any means.
how exactly did you perform the swap?
i'm assuming that you swapped both the column and the ECU from the donor car. if you didnt swap the ECU over, as stated they are matched pairs. its like swapping locks to the front door of your house, you cant expect to swap the lock, and have your old key still work...

just wondering if anyone knows what the box under the drivers dash is next to the pats box. it says do not drop on it. wondering if thats something i am having troubles with. also i had spark and fuel pump cycle at the beginning would the security shut them down being i dont have either now?
