you are right cliff, used in that fashon in a short memo nothing could be taken the wrong way, but you put it in the wrong spot in a longer conversation( intentionaly or unintentionaly) and it means something completly different. you know what i am talking about.

With my longtubes I needed a tune to delay the o2 ready temp and also response since they were farther away. The rear o2s wont effect anything. Get a tune. With no cats/mufflers your bottom end power is gunna feel like ****. I ran open headers for fun on day an it's a dog down low but sounds nasty as ****tt

Bama tuning did a good job for me btw. They fixed the ready temp and response rate just tell them you need both of those done. Ask for Zach if you call them he knows about this issues from my problem throwing codes

i would like you to give me a example of how a conversation like that might go.when was the last time you said that to someone and how was it said? making it a habit of saying that is not a good thing at any level. you dont see what the big deal is , you should start saying it to people you dont know and see how it works out for you. infact tomorow try and use it in a respectfull way in a conversation with any one face to face. you cant because there is no siguation it can be used with respect, try it out .
Ignorance.

Example you requested:

Take special care when reinstalling your camshafts. They are supposed to be degreed xx* FYI.

or

FYI you need to get a tune when you swap intakes on an s197.

It was the 3rd or 4th post. It wasn't originally a long conversation until you started complaining, FYI.

OP, the gas smell is probably because there are no cats on the car. My uncle's vette smells the same way. Also, the only thing that would probably happen is you have a check engine light because there are no O2's. Like what cisurfer said just ask Bama for a new tune with the updated mods and they will probably shut the O2's off.
