Default 2001 mustang i need some help

Hey everyone what's up my names josh and i own a 2001 mustang its a v6.. I recently bought the car and it is actually a very dependable car. A couple days ago i noticed a loud sound coming from the front right tire that ended up leading to Brake dust or something on my tire.... I was told that my rotator and brake pad where bad. What would be the best replacement for both!?

Welcolme to the forums! I believe the brake pads and rotors is what you were told. I would replace both sides at the same time. You can go to your local ford dealer for replacement parts or to a local auto parts store, ie napa, autozone etc... they will have what you need. I probaby wouldnt bother with having them resurfaced, they arent that expensive to replace. Go with the lifetime warranty pads and rotors if they are available from the parts store. Failing that, you can take it to a mechanic if you dont want to do the work. Of course you'll pay....$$$$. Just my recommendation.
