Default 96 Mustang GT PI intake Pi cam swap

I have a 96 mustang gt automatic. The car already has bbk shorty headers, bbk cai, underdrive pulleys, high flow cats, & bbk x-pipe. I am planning on doing a pi intake and pi cam swap. What are the typical horsepower, torque & 1/4 mile benefits from doing this swap? Should i do a pi head swap too?

If you are going that far, you might as well do the heads too. At that point it's just a matter of taking the head bolts off.

I read on another forum that said the timing chain cover doesn't have to be removed when removing the cams from this engine. You just need to use an Adnderson Cam Chain Retention Tool. Have you ever heard of anyone using this tool? Would you reccomend it?
Thank you. Here is a link of where the tool can be found:

Definitely do the heads if you plan on pulling it apart.
