Unhappy Needing help big time!

I have an 04 that had a lot of upgrades done over the past year. After getting the car back from the tuner, it was running like crap...misfiring and couldn't get into boost. I replaced the accel COPs and went back to the stock ones, and replaced plugs. Still ran bad. Found that my iac was bad (spring and stem gone), and replaced that. Figured I may have had a vacuum leak because of a couple suspect hoses, so I replaced those too. Now whenever I start it, the car will idle for a second before slowly dying, then die completely. When I start it back up, and try to give it gas, the car just dies. Has anybody had a problem like this before? And if so what was the problem? Also, I noticed when I push the throttle lever back and let it come forward, there's a clunking sound coming from the firewall...like something was stuck then unstuck. Is this normal??? I'm almost positive it isn't. I'll check the throttle cable tomorrow on my day off.

Forgot to add: no trouble codes.

Make sure your not leaking boost at the throttle body where the throttle valve goes through the body.

Check all piping for leaks, my turbo saab did the same kind of stuff when the intercooler piping was blown off from a broken clamp.

I'm going to have to take the blower off to check the hoses, so I'll do that over the weekend (not looking forward to that lol). Replaced the ECS (broken), and upped the idle RPM's to around 1330, so that helped a little but still dies after a few seconds.
