gaskets and you will have to tap the new intake manifold because you have 2 sensors.

MY older PI intake cracked on the plastic part where the heater core attaches.

My new one has the gaskets built-in....

The ports are shaped differently, but it fits right on...

i changed mine on my 98. You can go on ebay and get it all for around 340 . The thing is u have to tap the coolant sensore like he said there is a flat spot where u can put it so its no big deal make sure u use a pipe tap and not just a regular tap. Also this i wish someone would have told me before i did it. Where the intake water coolant jackets match up to the heads u need to seal them up with some rtv sealant unless u buy the spacer for the swap witch is not worth it if u ask me. I did run about 4 tenths off my time with this but i also spray and have some other mods so i dont know what it will do for you. but there u go ull need intake, gaskets pi of course, altenator bracket, and water pump cross tube. any more questions just ask
