i heard if you get a head unit put in your car that the amps wont work with teh new head unit is this tru ??????

 

I'm not that sure about Mustangs or not.. (only had mine a month) but when I changed out the head unit in MY DD the Stock amp would not work. They put the special plugs on them that only work with the factory head unit.
