I was trying to find where you have said that before for when Jim asked me about cam lift but it is hard to search around on my phone. I'm glad you posted that because I read cam lift doesn't affect ptv clearance from posts and articles of yours.

To the OP, I have 270 comp cams I think their good cams, this is my second set of cams I have bought from comp and I am very satisfied with both sets of cams. I am sure CMS cams are great cams as well, but having not owned any I cant give compare and contrast. I'm not sure of the CMS stg2 cam specs but with the 270s I would not bother unless I had springs and adjustable cam gears so that you can accurately time them, I don't think you will have enough ptvc with out timing them.
