Evolution debate ongoing.
You know Dkano, even when we raced from the 20mph rolls, your Brenspeed tune definitely seemed to pull harder than the Evo. I'm getting my tuner back from Brent on tues with the tunes reloaded, you know after what "happened" to my tunes.

Hey Rob, good to know Brent took care of you too. You should definitely try to make it next time we go to the track, it will probably be in about three weeks (on a Wednesday too, maybe June 7th). I'm going to try to get the Mickey Thompson Street radials in the next week or two, might want to "test" them before I go to the track, so I don't waste any runs trying to learn how to launch with them.
Today I finally used all my regular gas and filled with 93 ultimate and installed Fred's tune. I can imagine if I installed my K&N and did the tune at the same time the diffrence would have been the WOW people write about. I did enjoy how much lag is gone. I especially notice more power at higher RPM's. I was pleasntly surprised with the bark of the tires hitting 2nd. Not much spinning from the start and I think the 18's help that.
The ease of install was a pleasant surprise because instructions don't say much. They don't need to. It's that easy. I didn't pull the fuses either.
Hopefully tomorrow I'll get to try it out more. It's been raining here for over a week and just held up enough for me to go get gas, install and blast down the road twice before starting again.
I've had her since Sept. and she hasn't been wet from rain yet. I like having the underside as clean as when I got it. Silly, but it's my pride and joy

Way to go Wildcat.
You now have to beg, borrow or steal enough money to get the C&L Trus Flow CAI, UDP's (under drive pulleys, SLP Axle Back Exhaust and if your running an Automatic FRPP 3.73's or stick 4.10's. Then call up Fred and tell him you want the 93 Xtreme Tune.
You havent experienced anything yet. You car will run like a bat otta hell, like it was shot out of the hole with a sling shot.
In my opinion this is all you need for a daily driver.
I can only imagine what it would be like to Turbo or super charge one of these bad boys. It must really be insane to drive. I'm still making payments so I'm not going there.

GTJohn wrote that it's possible to turn the computers ability to adjust off. I guess that's a question for Fred or Brent.

Is it really fair to said every car is the same? I mean we are getting canned tunes and they will vary between one car to the next. I use to get pinging with the 87 tune and now I run the 87 tune with 93 octane and it runs great. Its not really fair to compare these two companies because ever car will be different no matter what the specifications are for the stock mustang. Just my two cents. By the way Brenspeed is one classy organization and I do know that. Thank you Sirs.
Alot of good info on this post in general. But all in all, I have been following it since it started and still can draw no clear conclusions as to which tune is better for a stick car. Or is it just a coin toss?
On a side note, how do the brenspeed and evo tunes compare to the C&L tune that comes with the intake when you get it straight from C&L as the package.
