Sure would like to know how this compares to Bamachips tunes.
I would like to see that too!

Fred, why is your tune alone so much more expensive?

You need to profit to stay in business! Why should I give away my tune for next to nothing to someone that bought their products (XCalibrator 2/CAI) from another business, which profited from the sale!

I’ve compiled over 30 hours on the dyno and over 200 runs at the track developing this tune using MY car! The people that buy from me get the very best tune I have to offer and the lowest prices on all products I carry! I don’t have any customers, just friends, that's what I consider everyone that deals with Evolution Performance!

If anyone is interested in getting a 3-Tune Pack or a Combo Package, JLT II or C&L Intake coupled with an SCT XCalibrator 2 with 3 Custom Tunes, give me a call @ (610) 485-3596, e-mail me at webmaster@evoperform.com, or send me a Private Message!

We also sell other things like all major brand Exhaust Systems, Superchargers, Headers, Shifters, Grills, Turbo Kits, and pretty much anything you want, All @ Super Low Prices!

Fred - everyone these day's wants something for free (and I'm not talking about anyone in particular). I should know - I have had my own business for the last 6 years and it ain't easy no matter what anyone says...

No one will ever know the value of a product or service unless they own there own establishment. Fred is right about time and the effort put into each and every tune he sells, it takes time and effort to make his tunes and personally, I think they are a bargain at $150!

To put things into perspective - I think it is a waste of money to pay 50,000 for a stupid oil painting at an auction but something that takes so much effort costing $150 which gives PROVEN results should not be questioned or argued over if the price is reasonable. (again, not saying anyone is arguing and I'm not pointing fingers)

Good Job fred! Keep it up!

All in all we aren't here to sponsor someone so they can get business, we are simply here to give some friendly insight to our fellow Mustang brother's so they can enjoy the same thing we are. A helpful suggestion. This is in no way saying to boycott any certain business. I simply noticed many people asking the question.

"Which one is better... Evolution or Brenspeed?" -- and I as a Brenspeed owner, now turned Evolution.. was able to answer that question as well as Dkano. So like I said before. It's up to you as the customer to decide. If anything, we can only hope this fuels the competition and we as the customers will benefit from it.

So here is the bottom line.

If you are looking for the best CAI/Tuner combo kits, I shall point you in the direction of Fred. (Evolution Performance.) I haven't ordered anything from him so I'm not sure if it's free, lightning fast shipping as we are all familiar with using Brenspeed, but what you are going to get is something that costs much less then the competitiors with double the performance.

If you already have a CAI/Tuner combo, then for a better tune you can simply get your tuner reprogrammed with the new tunes for $150. The choice of course is yours.

+1

To add on shipping is fast, I got my CAI in three days and the tuner a day later. Fred also answered any questions I had directly over the phone, so i'll vouch for his shipping and his very high quality customer service. If thats not enough he called me after I had received the items and asked if everything was okay and if I had any problems. I just placed my first order through Brenspeed on Friday which is my Hurst Shifter because I heard they also have the good customer service. I still think nothing beats Fred actually taking the time to call after he has already made the deal. That to me shows quality and somebody that really cares about their customers.

I'm with you GT06GT,

I sent a PM to Fred when this thread started, still waiting to hear from him, he's probably answering alot now. Emails can be tedious so I think I will just call him in the AM.

Can't wait . . .CAI + custom tune from Fred = big grin everytime I mash the loud pedal!
