Default Failsafe Mode

So i just recently got a Pypes Off Road X-Pipe for my 2005 GT and got it installed (No Axle-backs) The car ran great for the first day until the next day it ran a "Failsafe Mode" and the cars RPM's was not responsive at all nor the sound wasn't there either sounded all choppy and ugly. Well the car runs at a 500-250 RPM at idle and stalls out when i put the car into first gear anyone know what to do?

My father said it could be the O2 sensors acting up but im taking the car back to the shop where i got the X-pipe installed (if the car is able to run)

You don't say that you got a tune for the off road pipe - when you delete things like the cats for an off road pipe you also need to tune for it. That will cause the problems you describe.
