RE: Prochamber
very mild,
somewhere between 5-15hp is the increase from exhaust systems.
people need to understand that you dont buy an exhaust for the performance [:@]
its for the knee-weakening sound of a V8 with a deepthroated rumble
but i've heard the prochamber is one of the better hp producing exhausts.
if you like the way it sounds, go for it.

RE: Prochamber
I recently put an O/R Prochamber on my Stang, and I am a big fan. A buddy of mine has a 2001 GT and he loves his O/R Pro as well. It has a very distinct, throaty sound to it b/c of the collector in the middle (I'm not sure if it's technically an H or an X).
Supposed to be good performance wise. My car really "woke up" when I installed it.
I recommend the Prochamber, but that's just my two cents.
