you need a new balancer, and flywheel at the very least. It really all depends on what you plan on swapping in. It going be as cheap as buying a new intake manifold, to rebuilding the entire motor.
The SN-95 mustang is lucky in that our accessories bolt directly to the heads of our motors, the fox has a bracket that attaches to the water pump for the power steering. You can use your stock accessory brackets on the 351w.
You will need:
351w efi distributor
351w swap oil pan
351w swap headers
351w specific intake manifold
28oz balancer
3/8" spacer for the crank pulley
28oz flywheel
There may be other little odds and ends you will require, like a new serpentine belt... but im sure that kind of stuff can be figured out fairly easily

hmm... im think this is a lil outta my element... its pretty involved is it not??... i been reading stuff on the internet... i googled it... and it doesnt seem like a walk in the park... im still in college and dont have a lotta time to work on things.. its kinda a here and there kinda thing... i think the time spent workign on it would be more of a problem than the price

If you are still in college, you should avoid this swap.. There is no way that you will have every little thing you need when you first start the swap, so you will have some down time without the car.
Also, its not usually a good idea to drop an old tired 351 into your car, so you would be wise to rebuild the motor first... which again, will cost more money and take more time

I would buy the block, build it how you want it, and get it all ready, even if it takes awhile. Then once all ready, just swap it out. That would prolly be your best bet if you dont have much time for the car to be down.

I have info on the swap on my site (see my sig), but it is geared toward the Fox.
I don't think there is much difference though...
I figured I could have done my swap for about $1800.
