They have what is called an immobilazer. It is a kill switch of a sort that the only way you can start it is if you have a coded fob on your key ring. To my knowledge they haven't been beat yet. Apperently they are so good our insurence company will install them for free any give you a $40 reduction in your rate. Hope that helps.

wewt, i dont care about that insurance stuff, just the it hasnt been beat... whats cool is the alarm goes off, and within a minute, the remote starts to beep, indicating the alarm went off (i went with him when he went to buy it and the seller demonstrated)
a 357 magnum =D

you can geta kill switchat like harbor frieght or some hardware store if your lookin to do it cheap... works fine
install it between the neg. battery cable and the post under the hood, thats the easiest way
