The dimmer switch works, bulbs are fine, and the wiring is correctly put in. What elese could it be?
bad connection at dimmer switch going to dash cluster lights
broken wire going to dash cluster lights
broken circuit on printed circuit board on dash cluster
wiring harnesses to dash cluster not plugged in correctly or corroded contacts in plugs
bad ground connection from dash cluster circuit

Thx for all the help guys, but today I smashed into an old lady that cut me off, looks like it will be totaled. I had my stang all of 2 days.

By the way not my fault, even though i was going 60 in a 40, she still got a ticket and all the blame
