But you can buy aftermarket braces that work with the aftermarked intake manifolds.. That's what I did.

at least i had to take mine off when i tried to put a 93 cobra intake on my 94 gt

Did you get that to work? (the 93 cobra intake) I have seen afew of those on the sn95 but they had to modify the air intake behind the maf and its got an ugly bend in it right in front of the TB. if you managed to get it on I would love to see a picture of it.

See the shiny part on the left? Thats what you need to run intakes on a SN95. The flat part on the right will bolt up to any 5.0 block. The difference is in the bend. Foxes dont use the elbow so their CAIs have one instead.

What about the throttle cable...wouldnt you need a longer one? I know that i would have had to shorten mine if i went with a pre-94 intake manifold w/ elbow.
