well I'd up the cam and intake combo, but to give you an idea...my 66 has a 74 302 non roller block with flat top light weight forged pistons, .500/.500 lift cam rpm air gap intake and C9OE heads with 1.94/1.50 valves, lightly ported heads, roller rockers and full length headers and on street tires it ran 13.30's @ 104........my guess is rwhp is 260-270 ish??

the D70EDA heads are no better than the e7's on the roller block probably flow the same or a little less as they are a 302 head d7= 77 302 head with a 69 cc chambber size so it would make the compression ratio dramatically less than a stock roller setup

they have a 1.78 intake valve
1.45 exhaust valve
