Stang runs but doesnt RUN
#3
Car info:
1990 Mustang GT 5.0, AOD
Kenne Bell supercharger 6psi
K&N filter charger
Cervini's ram air hood + intake kit
BBK headers
Flowmaster exhaust
Work recently done:
Replaced head gasket
Added supercharger
Changed driverside valve cover back to stock to fit supercharger
It'll drive in low RPMs, if I put it in 1st and try to drive it wont go past 45 into high rpms no more then 3000.
If I put my foot down in drive... it kicksthe car back like its gonna go... but doesnt do a thing.
Overall the car seems to be lacking the power it truely has driven at low RPM

Timing is retarded 10degrees due to the supercharger. Might be 4 degrees too excesive due to only 6psi but the car will stall and barely start if I have it at 6 degrees
Also the motor was pressure checked and its good.

Ok, if I understand what your saying your running timing at -10, to state it simply. That is not going to work if that is what your saying.
For a naturally aspirated car, the stock base timing is advanced 10 degrees. Most guys can run 16-20 on premium fuel.
So if I were you I would set it to at least 8 advanced.
