proportioning valve question

The valve on my 93 coupe also has the rear port. It has a treaded plug. It seems to me that pluged port would also feed the driverside brake. I guess I need to take it off and look at it. My cobra has this rear port with an adapter that connects to the driverside brake. Thanks for all the input.
