Default 1995 mustang gt stalling issues

I have a 1995 mustang gt that just recently started to stall out when reving it at first start up. I have to let the car sit at idle for about 3-4 mins before it idling correctly enough to back out of my drive way. I did a complete tune up including cleaning the maf and iac. The check engine light doesn't come on. The car only has a cold air intake. And what I meant by reving is reving to 1500 before i decide to leave my drive way. I replaced the spark pugs, spark plug wires, and the ignition coil and it still dies sometimes. The car does this stalling when cold or when at operating temp now. Does this sound like the IAC has crapped out?

Take a old toothbrush and some strong cleaning solution (greased lightning) and clean throttle plate and mating surface of body. What brand plugs? Run EEC1V tests before replacing good parts and money. Some faults are in memory and do not trigger CEL.

Sorry for the late response, I ran the KOEO/KOER tests and I got the code 542 for KOEO and code 312 for KOER. Ive cleaned the maf and the Iac again and still no change in the idle or stalling problem. When I remove the plug from the Iac the car dies. It has stock replacement autolite plugs gapped at 0 .54. I have also cleaned the throttle body and it hasnt fixed or helped the idling or stalling issues.

Code 542 replace CCRM(between radiator and radiator overflow.resevoir) 312 may be the reason for stall air is being misdirected during KOER. Air pump diverter valve not getting vacum (air up stream downstream the airb 4 aird solenoids inside right inner fender) or incorrect vacum signal.
