It's a broken baffle in the tank. I had the same problem. There's a little rectangular box in the tank that sometimes breaks lose and causes problems. Just replace.

Replace the whole tank? or can you just replace the baffle? where can I buy it and how is it done? thanks...

Replace the whole tank. Unless you want to cut the tank open and weld the baffle back...

If it is broken when I bring down the tank I would be able to here something by rocking the tank if theres anything loose? I will look into it when I replace my pump...

The baffle is right under the pump. You will notice it when you replace it

Thats what I will do, As soon as I swap my intake I will throw in a 180. But for now I will set my fan at around 185. With a heat gun to measure the temp, where should I read the correct temp to set my fan to turn on? At the filler neck going into the lower intake or at the radiator right after the water inlet?
