Default 5.0 Swap in a 95

Am thinking about swapping out in my 95, 3.8L V6 automatic with a 5.0L.
Someone told me I'll need to replace the bell housing and was wondering if anyone can let me know what else will need to be replaced. If I do this, I want to go w/ headers, dual exhaust. What about the computer, will the brackets for the alternator, AC, PS, ect. need to be swapped as well. What else should I plan for.
Trying to do this on the cheap, like aren't we all.
Thanks

I'm not sure but I think you have to change the 'K' frame out too.
No way is this swap going to be cheap at all.........

HocuFocus763, you're probably better off finding a wreck and just swapping all the parts over including the suspension, rear, brakes, ECU, etc. If you have both cars side by side then you can just carry everything over. That way you won't forget or overlook anything. You're gonna need time, a good amount of tools, a bit of money, and a good amount of help. So in the end you're probably gonna spend about as much money as you would have if you just saved your money, sold your current car, and then bought a 95 GT. I've seen really nice ones going for $2500 to $3500...

The reason they say to sell it is because he wants to do it cheap as possible. It would take more money to do the swap than selling his car and buying a 5.0
