bolts on headers for H PIPE

I have a 94 GT. I just got a MAC O/R H PIPE. I took off the old H pipe. One bolt on each header is very odd shaped. It doesnt have a normal nut that you can put a socket on. It's round on the ends with 2 flat sides also. How do I get them off (sockets, wrenches, and stud removers do NOT work)?

Please help...

Wait and order headers ...... Explain it more? .... Your Hpipe wont come off from your headers , 1 side ... both sides ?
