wondering which one to purchase the Trick Flow Cnc high port heads or the Or Dart Pro 1 Heads?both are 1,100$

I talked to an old-timer at the machine shop by me....and he says go with anything but Darts. He also dogged on Edlebrock real bad too...

I went with Trickflows, and am happy with them. But everyone on here will tell you that AFRs are the way to go!

really? i always see good things about dart heads in the magz (dyno graphs to back it up) im not trying to fight about it, but it really suprises me

I was suprised too...but the old man said, "No Way!"

He wasn't trying to sell me anything either...he had me in there for like an hour schooling me on Heads...

He said one of the biggest problems is the valves. Just because the Head has a good name on it, does not mean there is agood set of valves in there...

I cannot remember if valves was hisreason against Darts...but I do remember him saying they were garbage.

well there a buddys of mine he bout them for his mustang then wrecked it and he paint 1900 for the too but said i could have them for about 1100

*****Nevermind, just read your post above. I'd say go with the high ports. CNC high ports normally sell for over $2000. The twisted wedges are a little cheaper.

Where can you get trickflow cnc high ports for $1100! I'll order them today if some place has that deal going.
