Default A couple questions about emissions

I live in a state that doesn't emissions test older cars. Also, there's no OBDII on my 89 GT obviously so I won't be getting scanned either.

My question is if I replace my stock catted h pipe with an O/R X-pipe and remove the smog pump, will I run into any drivability issues? The motor is coming out this winter and getting treated to s Scat rotating assembly and Trick Flow Twisted Wedge top end kit.

I think I included everything...if you need any other info let me know.
