MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO ROUGH CASTING EDGES ON IT, which can sometimes create a whistle, but I have seen the bbk ones do that

HAHA WOW, That's awesome! I wish my gf would be as entertained as that. Mine just says, "SHUT UP STOP TALKING ABOUT THINGS IN YOUR CAR" and gets all pissy.

Try cleaning the idle air control valve.

My sensor is calibrated for 19lbs, do you have to get a special housing for 19lbs too. i thought it was just the sensor but im not for sure?
The sensor is calibrated for the housing it's in, and the ecu it was designed for use with.

If there is a center post in the housing, and you can confirm that the ID is ~70mm....
and there is a part number on the sensor that starts with 'F2VF-'
and there is a '70' toward the end of the part number
and you are using a Fox ecu (other than a 93 cobra)
and you are running 19Lb injectors

then you should be ok....

Did you pull the little black cap off. My truck was making a "whooing" sound at a idle but as soon as you would give it a little gas it would stop and it was the IAC causing it.
