so i would probably get a nice upper and lower intake to go with those heads because what i have done just isn't cutting it anymore. Do you think i should get a tune after all that to my car

Its not needed, you can get it pretty close yourself with an adj FPR and moving the timing around. I am getting a tune because I am keeping the dry nitrous kit and changing to 42lb injectors. The tuner will enable me to drive normally with the 42lbs on the street and then utilize the potential of them when the nitrous kicks on.
