The injectors wont be an issue if the car is tuned to run on them or the Maf is matched. Make sure you get the Turbo kit with it otherwise I would look elsewhere. Its just me but I would find a car that wasn't already mostly built. When you buy a car mostly built you never know what kind of yahoo had there hands in it.

You are exactly right. I told the guy nevermind. It'd be too much of a hassle and he claims to be ASE certified, just doesn't have time to tinker with it. So I'm going to easily pass on this deal. BUT, looking at another Fox. Will keep you guys updated and thanks for your help.

He wants extra for the turbo kit, and he claims to have receipts from the shop that built it. Now he's claiming it's the distributor that was the problem and he plans on fixing it.

let him fix it then see if that is the case, can't tell you how many times I've gone to buy a car and the owner said ...oh it's this or that and it's a simple fix.....if such were the case why don't people fix it.....exactly ...catch my drift and see where it is headed = headache.............when I often question the person further , like how do you know it's this or that??? they often respond with a well, my buddy who works at the dealership said it most likely is this or that...lol So I say you have no proffesional diagnosis?? they say well my buddy is a Pro.....then I've asked what does he do at the dealership?? oh he cleans floors and empties trash cans for all the techs...lol I say as I walk away from the deal

Yeah I asked him to fix it, he claimed he was in the process of doing so and it seemed to be the distributor and he'd have a new one tomorrow. The guy is a tool and is obviously trying to sell off one of his headaches.

Oh I'm long gone! Lol, just thought it'd be interesting to see the guy dig himself even a deeper grave. Ha ha.
