balanceing crank
#11
The engine was recently rebuild before I bought it. To make a long story short, it didn't have good compression on four Pistons so I took it apart. The top rings of those Pistons were broken. So the machine shop was able to just bored it to .040 when it was .030 over. So the formal owner had told me and I see the crank that it is balance. I'm going to buy the same Pistons but .040 over and the differents is only 5grams. What should I do?

Ok so I ask the machine shop what exactly did he need to balance my crank, he said that the only thing he needs is the crank and rods. So I ask what about the Pistons and said no cause they weight the same. I just want to know if his right or should I find some body else.
