Just bought an IRS
I bought an IRS out of an 03 Cobra and I will be picking it up in a couple days, and I have some Koni Yellows on the way. It has 30k miles on it, H&R springs, Billitflow brace, and I picked up a stock Cobra cat-back for cheap for the time being... Does anybody have any tips or tricks as far as the swap goes? Pics when I start!

Thanks! Since I couldnt really find a reason on that site, why does the pinion angle need to be set? seems like there is no way to adjust that? I mean, its just 4 bolts to the driveshaft...

Finished installing it last night, had some issues with the break lines and rotors. But other than that it fits like a champ! I do believe I still need to adjust the alignment between the output shaft of the trans and the front of the IRS pinion face(don't know what its called) I didn't realize that i would need Cobra rotors and I had to bend the old SRA hard line break-lines to fit but it works. I also installed Koni yellows and H&R race springs. As far as exhaust, it has stock manifolds, BBK offroad x pipe, and a stock Cobra cat-back with stock mufflers and its nice n quiet but sounds surprisingly good! In the next few weeks I will be putting braided break lines on it so that its done right. Ill have some pics up in a bit.

Figured it out(a while ago), the driveshaft u joints were bad, so I replaced the front u joint and its much better Still need to get the braided lines tho, lol. And finally some pics! I have since put SVT center caps in the wheels, lol. Im thinking about cutting the exhaust right under the pumpkin and welding tips in right there, anybody object?
