Sometime today I will try to get you guys a better sound clip. I guess I set the camera too close and screwed it up. I will say this and so did my wife.....we both think it sounds great, but it does not sound like the other 3 mustangs I have owned. Even the guy at the muffler shop said these cars don't sound anything like he has heard before.

What style flowmasters cost $225 a piece? It's been about 8 years since I've bought any, but back then they were like $80-120 a piece.

If you go to the Flowmaster website they have a link for the new 2011 American Thunder bolt on system. You might still be able to just buy the 40 series and have them welded on. If I remember those are pretty cheap like you say. However, I still wanted the bolt on where I could easily do something else later without any trouble. I mainly wanted to avoid all this popping and glasspack sound that all the others seem to have. I got a lifetime warranty on the tips and x-pipe. The mufflers I think was 3 years. That is probably the Flowmaster warranty.
