I personally went with the Steeda CAI w/ Steeda custom tunes. The CAI assembly is first class workmanship. It is also made in the USA. The tunes I got from them are far more street friendly than others I have had, but at the same time it makes gobs of power all across the board. Their personal attention to you when you call and talk to them is second to none in my book. They are also straight up with you when you ask questions. The tuner combo I bought was as middle of the road as far as price goes. You get what you pay for. I just did all of the research my self and found what I thought would work for me the best. One happy Steeda customer here.

this. I have the steeda cai as well, but with the bama tunes. I chose the steeda cai because it performs pretty well and looks absolutely awesome under the hood. Install was a breeze and you cant beat the look of it. Made very well

I need to add that the Steeda CAI / Steeda custom tunes where $700. That may not be as exactly middle of the road as I had said in my post above. Worth every cent to me.

I would like to get a Steeda CAI and tunes, just to worried about the tunes damaging the engine. Do any of the tuners out there have a engine warranty?

Bama has a warranty for the #8 cylinder only. If you are worried about warranty, don't tune it.

i dont understand who wouldnt be worried about the life of their engine, not sure about everyone else but i have a family and other things to be worried about other than tearing up a $38K mustang. I like having the warranty there just incase something goes wrong. guess i will wait until the warranty is expired to get a tune
