pv on a belle lets you know some thing is jamming the signal i had one now i have the new cobra in my 89 notch

Legal everywhere but Virgina!!! There wothless, if the cop leaves it off until he seeing a car moving good then hits it on, youll be clocked before you pick of the signal!!
