On my 2018 Mustang the navigation/audio screen has gone blank twice killing all audio and even the USB port. The occurrence has happened twice a few months apart. The dealer claims they can't evaluate it unless it is malfunctioning at the time of inspection. Has anyone else had this issue and what have you found?

If you can capture it dead on your phone video might help the dealer see you're not BS'ing them.
Sounds like a bad ground or a wire not fully seated in the harness...
It's a bumper to bumper warranty so they should have an electrician check the wires while they give you a loaner to drive until he tracks down the culprit.
