Ford One-Wire Street Alternator

Our One-Wire Alternators make a neat installation in your car's engine compartment. All you need to run is one wire from the alternator to a positive battery connection. You can connect to the starter solenoid or directly to the positive side of the battery. The standard unit has 60 amps but higher amperage units are available for vehicles having additional accessories.
The street alternators include our new 3" High Tech Pulley made of steel billet. The extra deep groove in this pulley insures belt retention.
Ford 1 Wire Alt. Part #5560 (60 amp) $159.00 $135.15

thats on that site too if you didnt happen to look on the bottom of the page

Thanks JB but that's $160 for a 60amp while I could get a 100amp for $93. I just gotta decide to get black or chrome. JMD do you have a close up of your engine compartment with the black one?

So where do I get this 4 gauge wire? Would NAPA have it? I'd think they would have 4 gauge ring terminals also. Or is there a better solution to making your own? I looked on Summit and the largest they have is 10 gauge wire.

So where do I get this 4 gauge wire that has connections for the alternator to the starter selenoid? I looked on Summit and all they have is 4 gauge battery cables.
The sumitt alternator comes with all the wiring you need for instalation, it aint a 4 gauge, but is big enough for that 18" run to the solenoid!! (it is a good size wire)

And I don't have it on the engine at the moment, or a picture of it, I gotthe black onebecause black is one of the two "contrast colors" we are using on the car.
