What type of cam do you have? Is your motor stock?

Yes for the most part the motor is stock. It's still running the stock cam since it said that for recommended use for dual exhaust, and an ignition system to run the setup. I just got a rebuild kit for it and plan on rebuilding it within the next two days. I will let you all know how it goes.

Good luck with your rebuild!

Thanks but I called around earlier and found a shop that had basically every part to a holley carb in stock. Bought a rebuild kit from them for $35.00. And the tear down and rebuild will be done tomorrow. Hopefully it will end all the problems I am having if not I guess i'll save up for a edelbrock 600 instead.
