where can i find a diagram for a '66 of what each fuse runs i have a chilton manual but doesn't
show this. finally got all my gauge lights working right. but now the gas,oil pressure &
temp gauge aren't working

Throw that book away and get the Factory Service Manual. Meanwhile:

Your instrument voltage regulator is at fault. Search the web and you can make a solid state version to replace the crappy one it came with. I found the instruction on a mopar web site .....

And I disagree (knowing that most will disagree with me) that the Factory Service Manual is all that important, use common sense and you can figure out most of the potential problems, with the help of the members of this and other sites. No disrespect to 2+2GT, he's one of the ones that gives good advice (also JMD, kalli, JamesW, etc.).

I will also suggest upgrading the instrument cluster voltage regulator to an electronic one.
