GT40P Heads and Exhaust
My friend has a 65 fastback that he is putting an EFI 5.0 in. He has the engine in the car and its nearly done, but he is having issues with header fitment with the GT40P heads.
Before anyone says it, we already now that it would have been easier to go with GT40 heads or some other aluminum head etc.
The only headers I can find that look like they will work are JBA 1650S-2. They are about 400 dollars though which is at least 100 dollars beyond his price range. I think he is limited to about $250. He is also looking for shorties or mid length since he will be using a clutch cable setup.
What headers that are not too expensive will work? Any suggestions?
