they dont factory, you have to do the fog light rewire mod. I recommend it. i did it to my zx2. theres a site that shows step by step. Its a mustang site, but cannot remember off hand.

Ifs its close to the sn95, then try www.mustangworld.com under how to's. Its pretty simple, I did mine a while ago. As for 87-93, not sure. I cant imagine that its very different though. I tapped into the convertible top wire on mine (i believe). Good luck.....

in jersey its Illegal to have fog lights on without parking lights, thats why the parking lights need to be on to have the fog lights on. if you have after market fog lights and have them on without the parking lights, thats Illegal.
and i my friend got pulled over for having his foglights on during the day in Oklahoma, stupid ****, but the cop was just prob. "fishing".
