the new hemi is not a hemi it is all hype it dose not have a hemisphecica combustion chamber it has more in comon with a ls1 than an old school hemi

The new D-C 'Hemi is pure marketing hype.
A Hemi engine will have both the valves opposed to each other, this is not the case with the new truck motor.
What the thing is, if anything, is a remake of the old 1955 'polyshere' design which of course is unglamorous as hell.
The Ford 385 series engines could be described as 'poly' types as could the big block Chevy.
