thats what I'm thinking..........winter tires and drive smart. And like I said I wont drive when theres a lot of snow on the streets. On the really bad days I'll drive the wifes car.
Here in Montreal the snow is cleaned up quite fast so its not that bad.

i'm parkin mine in the winter cuz i have an everyday driver. But i was caught in the rain once and will never do that again. i was slippin in rain. So when it comes to snow... [sm=badidea.gif]

I drove a 93 lx 5.0 in the winter a couple of years ago and don't have any choice but to drive my stang this winter.
Give yourself enough time to get from a to b should help.
Bags of cement, kitty litter, or anything else to help put some weight on the rear will help with traction, and if you can afford it snow tires.

Wait, traction control doesnt help??? Whats the point of it then?
I live in Buffalo, NY, and we get nasty winters too. I was thinkin blizzaks on the rear, maybe 100-150lbs of sandbags over each wheel, and those snow cables over the rear tires if its bad out (cause chains are illegal in NY). I dont drive like a moron in snow and ice (but i do enjoy sliding around corners and spinning tires in rain though).
