blood sweat and a few choice words.
get some wrenches and band-aids and go for it. BBK has instructions online. just follow them and it will be good.

 

IMO you don't need instructions, a header is completly self explanatory,
Step 1. Remove old headers, there will be several bolts in holding it, if something is in the way move it.
Step 2. Install new headers, don't forget the gasket, use all of the bolts
Step 3. Reinstall egr and intake tube.
Basicly you can look at it and figure it out (if they are shortys)
