Hey my name is Fernando, I have a 2006 Ford Mustang GT that I have recently purchased about 6 months ago... all of a sudden 2 days ago the transmission went out... the check engine light is not on...it is still drivable it reverse but when i press on the gas it dont respond... or when i put it in drive it doesnt either... just when i have it on 1.. or 2... on the gear speed it responds... i am able to drive it... does anyone know of a good transmission place that are honest and affordable... a lot of people tell me that it can be a sensor but i am not sure...the car only has 50K miles in it so a lot of people has been telling me that theres not many miles on there... thanks a lot for any info or any help if anyone has had this problem ... would really appreciate it

im gonna think that your gears may be shot, and you transmission selects the gear, just there is no grip left on it at all from what i can figure. but i would say take it to a ford dealership. they would be the best to help you out.
