i agree with jared......besides there was a guy a while back in the MM&FF mag that was running a procharged stock motor at 18.5psi. a guy named chad miller from illinois ran a 10:43/131 in the quarter....not too shabby for a bone stock motor
There's a shop that runs 17psi with the whipple on a stock auto, but they did eventually blow that motor. We all know you can run a lot of boost through the stock motor, but it will blow sooner than later.
I'll be sticking with 10psi, even though I believe whipple knows what they are doing.
I thought the knew generation II blower made 12psi with the 3.375" pulley?
I had heard that too when the gen IIs first came out and were shipping with the 3.375" pulley, but after seeing a couple of dyno sheets, they were peaking around 11.7 from what I could see.
