Default Meziere Water Pump vs Underpulleys

Has anybody ever dynoed and compared the following two setups:

1) Meziere Water Pump (11-14 hp) and Steeda Underdrive Crank Pulley (? hp)
2) Steeda Underpulley set (2 piece) (crank and waterpump) (10 hp)

I'm very curious, because I don't believe I've seen anybody with the option 1 setup. The Meziere is $330 and Steeda Underdrive Crank Pulley is $170 ($500). The (2 piece) Steeda Underpulley is only $209. I'm wondering if it's worth the extra $300. Do you think the Crank Pulley would get you another 8 hp?

With labor I'm guessing option 1 would be over $700 total and option 2 would be about $400 total.

Yea, I'm pretty sure I could do the water pump, but the underpulleys I don't have the tools and would be a bit tougher job.

both would take less than 2-3 hours. i did both, very happy with both upgrades.

to do the UDP you just need a chrysler pully puller, they are not expensive and some auto parts places will loan them to you.

please dont waste your money paying someone else to do it.

dont forget you will need a shorter belt also if you do both. brenspeed has the shorter belt.

If you are planning on going FI do not waste your money on UDP the water pump can be used with FI.

Well more than likely, I will be working thru Brenspeed. They are pretty reasonable really. I'm looking into a new CAI and tune, steeda underdrive pulleys, steeda motion delete plates and new spark plugs.
