any ideas for best way to increase 100 horsepower.

An additional 100 RWHP is not very easy without going FI unless you do some serious internal work. Even with all the typical bolt ons plus cams, LT's, porting and you may gain about 80-90 RWHP and maybe, just MAYBE 100. However, the price to get there could be equivalent or more than strapping on a SC for about 150 RWHP or more.
