Maximum safe RPM"s?

RE: Maximum safe RPM"s?
anything beyond redline on a stock vehicle (meaning no engine mods) is pointless. Mustangs fall on their face after about 6000-6100 RPM on the V8's and around 5700-5800 on the V6ers

I think the redline on the demolet tune moves it up to 6500 (which is common for lots of tunes).. which i personally prefer because i would always redline my second to third shifts now i dont..I dont exceed 6200-6300 rpm but at least i dont have my engine braking for me and holding my stang back.
how do you like that demolet cai...i love mine and John is very helpful, if you just call he'll talk to you all you want if he's not swamped. btw his tunes were written by sct
