Now for the above bold. Was a year ago the last time at the track?? Weather conditions can big diff. in your times. Air temp, humidity and DA can swing e.t.s 2-4 tenths.

What is the tire height?

You ain't kidding about conditions making a difference. Last weekend was warm and humid and the runs I'm comparing my new runs to were from cold weather (november and march time of year) so I have to take that into consideration...probably 3 tenths consideration. Tire size...the MT DRs look like a tad shorter. Stocks are 245/45/17 and MT DRs are 275/40/17. Great point about working on one thing at a time, thanks.

Red are the points your shifting at,, shifting out of a gear at 6100 means the next gear is at about 4000 rpm.. Green is redlineing then shifting into the next gear at 4500 rpm. i think the total HP in the green area is more with the higher rpm shift points, just gotta find the RPM band where your making the most HP..

you are making more torque at a lower RPM though.. but HP matters more i believe

This isnt your dyno but i think its close to stock

6500 looks like a good place to shift imo

i found out what RPM you would be shifing into using the RPM for speed calc on this page for the tr3650 with 410s http://www.paladinmicro.com/PalMFrame00.htm?wks=spd

yea for some reason there is 3 1/8th mile tracks around here and only 1 1/4 but that is more than an hr away and the 1/8th is less than 10 so i do that most the time and when your ready to look for a clutch the spec stage 2+ is amazing!

Thx for the helpful info, Adam. I've seen that speed/rpm/gear site before and I think it's helpful enough to be a sticky in all Mach and GT forums.
