Default Sn95 4.6 to a s550

I have a 1996 Mustang GT with the 4.6 and the t45. I was wondering if I could swap the motor for a new s550 5.0 and the tranny for a tr-6060. Would this work with that year or would I have to do some serious fabrication. Any help would be great!

American muscle sells a lot of the parts required to do the swap, but it certainly isn't cheap. I remember watching a video somewhere about a company that did it, I don't think they had to do any serious fabrication work to make it fit if I remember correctly.
