I hate the stock wheel but won't pay $300+ for a bullitt/500 wheel just to have "thumb grips". I'd love to replace it with a nice 15'' momo but it seems like too much BS to endure...disabling the airbag light, risking tickets, insurance company problems.

If fomo would have allowed another .5'' of tilt adjustment I wouldn't have a problem. I like the seat adjusted low and can't even rest my arm comfortably on the top. I've been tempted to try adjusting the tilt assembly but have my reservations about that as well...I may just give up and live with it.

I openly admit I despise the people on here that give bad info, and think because they throw some money at their car that they have somehow transformed into Kimi Raikkonen overnight.
I carry soccer shoes in my trunk...
Doesn't mean I play soccer, I'm just pretentious.
Besides, anything with *****, I like. Or is it cleats? Hell, I like both.

Yeah, i wish the wheel tilted up another 1/2" or more also as it would solve alot of problems!

I'm 6'6" and have long legs so my right leg is kinda pinched between the wheel and center console with the wheel adjusted all the way up. I'm going to change the stock seats to Corbeau's to try and get myself a bit lower. I'd like to do an aftermarket wheel but dont really want the headaches of airbag lights and the law issues.

Hopefully someone will eventually come out with a slightly smaller wheel w/airbag thats just like the bullitt wheel.

I believe you are quoting the price for a stock plastic and stock leather steering wheel, unless I have over looked some of the best deals on a steering wheel ever...

If you come across a GT500 for less than $200 again, let me know, I will give you a finders fee... hehe...
